Expo Hall & Keynotes Only Pass - Complimentary
This pass is for approved end-users only and includes: access to the Expo hall, keynote presentations, solutions spotlight presentations, and networking events taking place in the Expo hall.
**Expo Hall pass is complimentary for approved end users only and must be pre-approved by the Event Manager. Registration for this pass type closes one week prior to the event.
*Conference passes are available for registrants with customer facing contact centers. ICMI will identify non-exhibiting vendors and/or sales roles upon registration for the event. Those who are determined to be a non-exhibiting vendor and/or having a sales role will be denied access to end-user conference pass pricing and will be subject to denial of pass.
ICMI Contact Center Connections is a trade-only event. You must be 18 years of age and a qualified buyer of call center technology, applications, or products to visit the exhibit hall. If you are considering exhibiting at a future show and would like to view the expo hall for that purpose, please contact John Tatusko at [email protected] to arrange a meeting.
Contact Center Connections will not accept cash for registration fees on site. Payments must be settled with a major credit card.

3-5 attendees receive a 20% discount
6-10 attendees receive a 30% discount
11+ attendees receive a 40% discount

REGISTRATION POLICIES: CANCELLATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS & CHANGES
If you need to cancel, you may do so until Friday, September 20, 2019. A non-refundable $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and cancellations after Friday, September 20, 2019 will be charged the full conference rate. Cancellation policies apply to all conference packages. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the package cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, no refunds are available after this date. Please note that downgrades are not permissible.
