ICMI Contact Center Demo and Conference is well underway and off to a great start! Yesterday our attendees toured contact centers, attended educational sessions, and enjoyed networking over breakfast, lunch, and beers.
On the agenda for today: industry roundtable breakfasts, a keynote from the beloved Chip Bell, tons of great breakout sessions, solutions spotlights, and more. If you're attending, here's what you don't want to miss:
- The Demo hall opens at 10:00 am. If you're planning for 2015, be sure to stroll through the hall and check out the latest in contact center technology. Bonus: make sure you get your passport stamped each time you visit a vendor. Complete your passport and you'll be entered to win a prize.
- Keep your eye on the ICMI social media streams! Today we're kicking off the first ever #ICMIhunt scavenger. Find out how you can win big.
- Don't miss the keynote panel luncheon in the Grand Ballroom. Find out why modern customer service is not one size fits all. Be sure to head to the Demo Hall after lunch for dessert!
