Employer, employee, vendor, customer.  thank you and show appreciation every chance you get and then some. When people feel appreciated, they do more for you and return to you often. One of the worst things an employer can say is I pay this person to do this job. Why should I have to say thank you? Music superstar and Canadian Drake is taking this rock star principle of success to new levels this weekend in Houston, Texas. Drake credits his fans in the city for his big success.
