In 2018, ICMI released its first list of Customer Experience (CX) Movers & Shakers. This fall, we'll celebrate the 2019 honorees at ICMI Contact Center Connections. We asked #ICMIchat participants to share the characteristics they've noticed in their own CX heroes. Here are a few of the answers.
