Learn to speak Contact Center - ICMI Training for your booth staff at Contact Center Expo

As a valued partner, ICMI is inviting you and your team to participate in a version of our “Essential Skills and Knowledge” training specifically customized for vendors in the space. This session is very similar to the version we provide to organizations like USAA, State Farm Insurance and many more of our training customers.

The session takes place Monday, May 13, 2019 – 1PM – 2PM (hall opens at 5:15pm that day).

The objective is to help your team better understand your buyers: learn their terminology, how centers really operate, what they measure, how/what they report up and other important elements of contact center operations. Led by ICMI’s Group Training and Content Director, Fancy Mills, this 1 hour workshop will give your team a better understanding of the contact center industry as well as a review of 2019-2020 purchase intentions.
