Speaker Center

Welcome to the Speaker Center, designed to help speakers plan their engagements at Contact Center Expo and promote their sessions.

Registration
To register as a speaker, please contact Kristin McNeil at ICMIconference@icmi.com.

Important Dates & Deadlines:
ASAP – Signed Speaker Agreement and AV Requirements Due
ASAP – Changes to your speaker biography or photo
February 20, 2019 – Special requests for supplies or AV requirements in your session room
April 1, 2019 – Presentation Slides Due
April 17, 2019 – Hotel Reservation Discount Cutoff
April 19, 2019 – Speaker Registration Due

Speaker Tasks:

  1. Sign the Speaker Agreement, if you haven't already done so.
  2. Check your Speaker Listing & Session Schedule
  3. Submit changes to your Speaker Biography & Photo by emailing us at ICMIconference@icmi.com. 
  4.  If you have any special requests for supplies in your session room or AV requirements, please submit them to us by Wednesday, February 20th.
  5. Download your Presentation Template
  6. After reading the speaker presentation guide, submit your presentation slides directly to ICMIconference@icmi.com by Monday, April 1.
  7. Make your hotel reservations by Wednesday, April 17. Please note that we recommend booking your hotel room as soon as possible, as rooms cannot be guaranteed.
  8. Register for the event by Friday, April 19. If you have any issues, please email us at ICMIconference@icmi.com.
  9. Promote your presence & read about additional speaker benefits - see all the great ideas below!

Get the Mobile App! Once this app is released (mid-April), we encourage you to start posting about your session, asking questions, posting pictures, and comments. This helps develop early engagement and interest in your session.

ICMI Contact Center Expo offers a strong audience of contact center professionals to target for an announcement about your participation. We encourage you to write and distribute news about speaking at Contact Center Expo and have put together the following press release guidelines.

  • The date and location of the event should be included in the first paragraph: ICMI Contact Center Expo is happening May 13-16, 2019 at The Diplomat Beach Resort near Fort Lauderdale, FL.
