Welcome to the Speaker Center, designed to help speakers plan their engagement at the event and promote their sessions.

Speaker Tasks

  1. Sign & Return the Speaker Agreement to
  2. Check your Speaker Listing & Session Schedule on the Event Website
  3. Submit changes to your Speaker Biography & Picture by emailing
  4. Make your hotel reservation by September 1st
  5. Download your Presentation Template
  6. Find submission instructions here
  7. Upload your Presentation by August 14th (Dropbox link)
  8. Promote your presence and read about additional speaker benefits - see all the great ideas below!

 On-site Logistics

Speaker Lounge is located: Coral A

Speaker Lounge Hours:
Sunday, September 24, 2017: 4:00 pm-7:00 pm
Monday, September 25, 2017: 6:30 am-7:00 pm
Tuesday, September 26, 2017: 7:00 am-6:30 pm
Wednesday, September 27, 2017: 7:30am-4:30pm

All session rooms will be equipped with laptops that are preloaded with your presentation. Be sure to bring a backup copy of your presentation on a flash drive.
An ICMI staff member will be in the room prior to your session to review housekeeping notes and introduce the session.

Hotels listed on this website are the sole UBM-approved hotels for the event. Use Your Custom Landing Page

ICMI has created a custom landing page for all the Contact Center Demo 2017 Speakers. It will be[your first name][your last initial]. For example: This custom landing page lists your sessions, provides an opportunity for your contacts to download the conference brochure and gives them a special link that will apply the $200 discount to their registration.

ICMI's Contact Center Demo & Conference offers a strong audience of contact center professionals to target for an announcement about your participation. We encourage you to write and distribute news about speaking at Contact Center Demo & Conference and have put together the following press release guidelines.

  • The date and location of the event should be included in the first paragraph: ICMI Contact Center Demo is happening September 25-27, 2017 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, NV.

Complimentary Registration for the Entire Event
You will receive (1) complimentary registration, non-transferable 3-Day Conference Pass. We welcome you, as a speaker, to attend all 3 days, including all conference sessions, exhibits, and pre-conference workshops.

Discount to Friends & Family
We encourage you to share your speaker code in your press releases, Tweets, and Facebook posts to provide a special savings to your followers and friends who register to attend this event. You should have received a speaker code to share.
