Hi guys! Looking forward to another great chat :) Velaro will be our guest host tomorrow. Be sure to check out this blog post by Chris Frascella if you have the chance: http://www.icmi.com/Resources/Hiring/2016/03/What-Do-Your-Customer-Service-Job-Descriptions-Say-About-Your-Company It's a perfect pre-chat read, and it was the topic inspiration for our chat this week!

Q1: What are the characteristics of a great job description?
Q2: How often should you revisit and revise #cctr job descriptions? How do you know when it’s time?
Q3: Should job descriptions be written differently to attract millennials? How?
Q4: Is it appropriate to have staff draft job descriptions for their own positions?
Q5: Do you include humor, personality, and/or company culture in your job descriptions? If so, how? If not, why not?
Q6: How can you encourage your staff to share open positions with their network?

As always, the conversation kicks off at 1pm ET on Tuesday. Hope you'll join us and bring a friend or coworker!
