Hi;
We are looking to improve our scripting and answer guides for our inbound call centre. This is mainly in insurance claims and in Canada. Does anyone know of any consulting firms which specialize in developing effective scripting and answers for inbound call centres? Also, any firms which specialize in testing your scripts on customers to determine most effective ones? We are most interested in Canadian consulting firms, but USA would also be of interest. While of course experts in the insurance arena would be ideal, just any leads on consultants for call centre scripting/answer/guides development would be most welcome.
