I'm curious if anyone is using a non spreadsheet based solution to plan HC, hiring , attrition, etc. covering periods up to a year in the future.

The norm seems to be a WFM tool for scheduling and adherence at a weekly level with the longer horizon of months and quarters into the future planned using an Excel model but am curious if there are other options available that did not exist in the past.
