Hi. When operating a 24x7x365 call center with around 50 desktops, around 100 staff, and the usual handfuls of servers and applications, how many "IT guys" do people see as normal? I've seen ratios ranging from 20;1 (20 desktops to 1 IT guy) to 150:1 (which seems crazy to me). But none of the ratios that I've seen discuss the need for 24x7 coverage. Thank you for your thoughts.
