I would like to get the opinion of the members specifically concerning the FLSA New US OT Rule. This may greatly affect middle managers/supervisors and professionals and administrator.
Understand that there are several options company could consider complying with the new OT rule vis-a-vis to consider the need for the business, viability/sustainability, competitiveness etc. Thus I would want to seek and leverage what other contact centres in the US are doing to those who are affected by the new OT rule. Most likely first line leaders/supervisors are greatly affected.
