1. When is the ICMI Contact Center Management Conference & Expo?
June 1-3, 2009 at the Renaissance Austin Hotel in Austin, Texas.

3. How can I register for the conference?
Online registration is available now. If you would prefer to register with one of our contact center representatives, please call 800.672.6177.

5. What meals are included in my registration fee?
Complete Conference Pass holders receive:

  • Breakfast (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
  • Lunch (Monday, Tuesday)
  • Morning and Afternoon Beverage Breaks
  • Networking Receptions (Monday, Tuesday)

6. What are ICMI Conference payment policies?
ICMI accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express for conference payment. You can also elect to pay by check. Pre-payment is required prior to conference attendance.

7. What is the cancellation policy for ICMI Contact Center Management Conference & Expo?
You may cancel without penalty until May 1, 2009, after which a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and cancellation after May 15, 2009, will be charged the full conference rate.

8. How can I tell you about my special physical/dietary needs?
Vegetarian meals/items will be available at all conference food functions. If you have additional physical or dietary needs that need to be addressed, please call 719.268.0307 prior to May 15, 2009 and we will be happy to try to accommodate your request.

9. Can I send someone in my place, if I can no longer attend?
Yes, you may substitute at any time before receiving your conference materials on-site. If possible, knowing the replacement's name, title and address prior to attending the conference helps facilitate a smooth registration substitution.

10. Is there an early bird discount?
Yes, register by April 22, 2009 and you will receive $200 off the conference registration fee.

11. Can I purchase a 1-day or 2-day pass to the conference?
No. Only a full, 3-day pass is available for this conference.

12. What materials will I receive as part of my registration?
Conference attendees will receive:

  • A conference bag designed to hold your conference materials
  • Access to all speaker presentations
  • Individual session handouts for each workshop that you attend
  • Conference Badge (entrance into all sessions, networking events, expo and receptions)
  • Conference/Reception meal tickets

14. Are there any special hotel rates available? How do I make my reservations?
A discounted conference rate is available to event participants: $169 single/double occupancy. Please call 512.343.2626 or 800.468.3571 and reference the Contact Center Management Conference event. Hotel rooms will sell out early - please reserve as soon as possible. The conference rate will be available until May 8, 2009 OR until th erooms sell out.

15. What should I wear to attend the conference?
Attendees are encouraged to dress business casual in order to enjoy this roll-up-your-sleeves conference.

16. How far is the hotel from the airport?
The hotel is 15-30 minutes from Austin Bergstrom International Airport.

17. How many site tours will be offered?
Site tours will be available throughout th event, and are included as part of the Complete Conference Package.
