Entry Requirements Fabulous Prizes Meet the Judges


Video Entry Considerations

  • Submission must be between 27 seconds and 3 minutes in length.
  • Videos must be no larger than 100mb
  • Videos must be in the following formats: AVI, MOV, WMV, MP4, MPEG, FLV, 3GP, and 3G2
  • Videos can be any style – Comedy, documentary, animation, etc.
  • Avoid showing/using copyrighted materials (or music) or logos other than ICMI or ACCE.
  • A selection of royalty free music and brand logos are available here.
  • You can submit more than one video – the limit is three per person.
  • Video entries will be judged by five industry experts, with equal weight on (1) supporting the theme of Positive Customer Service Experiences, (2) creativity, and (3) originality.
  • Please do not include people without their permission.
