1. When is the ICMI ACCE 2009 Conference and Expo?
October 5-9, 2009 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.

3. How can I register for the conference?
Online registration is available now. If you would prefer to register with one of our contact center representatives, please call 866.535.8988 or 415.947.6907.
4. What is included in my conference registration package?

5. What are ICMI Conference payment policies?
ICMI accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express for conference payment. You can also elect to pay by check. Pre-payment is required prior to conference attendance.
6. What is the cancellation policy for this event?
You may cancel without penalty until August 21, 2009, after which a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and cancellations after September 18th, 2009, will be charged the full conference rate. Cancellation policies apply to all conference packages.
7. How can I tell you about my special physical/dietary needs?
Vegetarian meals/items will be available at all conference food functions. If you have additional physical or dietary needs that need to be addressed, please call 609.759.4738 prior to September 15, 2009 and we will be happy to try to accommodate your request.
8. Can I send someone in my place, if I can no longer attend?
Yes, you may substitute at any time before receiving your conference materials on-site. If possible, knowing the replacement’s name, title and address prior to attending the conference helps facilitate a smooth registration substitution.
9. Are there any incentives for registering early?
Yes. Register for an All-Access or Premium Conference Package through July 17, 2009, and you’ll automatically receive your All-Access Package for the price of the Premium Package, or your Premium Conference Package for the price of the Main Package. This CAN be combined with the early bird discount!
10. Is there an early bird discount?
Yes, register by August 21, 2009 and you will receive $200 off the regular conference registration fee.
11. Is a group/team discount available?
Yes. Buy three conference registrations, and get the fourth registration free. Not combinable with other discounts.
12. What materials will I receive as part of my registration?
Conference attendees will receive:
  • A conference bag designed to hold your conference materials
  • Access to all speaker presentations and handouts
  • Conference Badge (entrance into sessions, networking events, expo and receptions)
  • Conference/Reception meal tickets
13. In what format will I get my conference handouts?
You’ll receive information to review and download speaker presentations one week before your trip to help you decide which sessions you would like to print and bring with you.
14. Are there any special hotel rates available? How do I make my reservations?
A discounted conference rate is available to conference participants: $149 single/double occupancy. Please call 877.632.7000 and reference the 2009 ACCE Conference. Hotel rooms are expected to sell out–please reserve as soon as possible. The conference rate will be available until September 4th, 2009, OR until the rooms sell out.
15. What should I wear to attend the conference?
ICMI Events encourages you to dress business casual in order to enjoy this roll-up-your-sleeves conference.
16. How far is the hotel from the airport?
The hotel is 3.2 miles from McCarran Airport.
17. Will site tours be available at this conference?
No. For the 2009 event the day preceeding the "Main Conference" will consist of half-day workshops and pre-show summits.
