Chatter Box Hires Veteran Call Center Expert

Chatter Box has appointed Lawrence Null as their new COO. Lawrence brings nearly two-decades of experience in the call center and software space to the Chatter Box team, and will be working to create a synergy with the company's acquisitions in addition to building out Chatter Box’s client base.

E-SoftSys Hires Jim DiNardo as VP of Operations for Self-Storage Software Division

E-SoftSyst has welcomed Jim DiNardo as the Vice President of Operations for their self-storage software division and will be directing large implementations, as well as managing the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Jim DiNardo brings 22 years of self-storage operating and consulting experience to E-SoftSys and will be working to further enhance the company’s our products, customer support and implementation services and will also be assisting with several large operator implementations that are currently under way.

Aegis Appoints Peter Bloom as President of Global Quality and Customer Experience

Aegis Limited has appointed call center veteran, Peter Bloom, as its President of Global Quality and Customer Experience. Prior to joining Aegis, Bloom was the president and co-founder of Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC, Inc.), where he built his experience in operations management and performance improvement for customer contact center and BPO services.

M5 Networks, Provider of VoIP Phone Systems, Appoints Keith Nealon as Chief Revenue Officer

M5 Networks has appointed industry veteran Keith Nealon into the newly-created role of Chief Revenue Officer. Nealon has a wealth of experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) and will be responsible for M5's direct and channel sales, as well as the company's marketing and customer success organizations and brings almost 20 years of strategy, sales, and marketing experience to the M5 team.
