Inova's LightLink and Aspect's United IP are Now Interoperable
The Inova LightLink middleware from Inova Solutions is now certified to comply the Aspect United IP 6.6 and 7.0 unified contact center platforms from Aspect. The product alliance will enable Aspect system users to benefit from LightLink’s real-time reporting capabilities.

The LightLink middleware offers a real-time connection to call center databases, workforce management systems, outbound dialers, and automatic call distributors, such as Aspect Unified IP, to pull metrics and messages and prepare them for intelligent display on LED call center wallboards, LCD digital signage, custom web dashboards, and agent desktop applications.
Vocalocity and Aptela Merger Benefits Hosted Communications for Small Businesses
Vocalocity, which provides cloud-based voice solutions and support for small businesses, has merged with fellow hosted communications provider, Aptela. The merger has opened up many opportunities for financial growth and stability, and for future innovation in communication products for small businesses. The combined company currently has nearly 100,000 network endpoints and 15,000 accounts, and Vocalocity averages eight phones or terminal devices per account.
