Live from Call Center Demo and Conference: Day 1

Day 1 of Call Center Demo and Conference is off to a great start!

Registration opened this morning at 7:00 am, and attendees are touring Atlanta area contact centers (including Autotrader.com, Delta, Convergent, and The Home Depot) and sitting in on breakout sessions covering a variety of topics ranging from technology to coaching.

The day will culminate with a welcome reception this evening in the Crystal Ballroom.
