Self-Service Contact Center Study 2010

START SURVEY!

ICMI is conducting its largest, most inclusive study on Self-Service Contact Center best practices ever. We're looking to attain 100% participation from call center professionals all across the world. Will you help us?

The shared results will allow businesses to determine whether their investments in self-service offerings are paying off and how they can better position themselves in the market.

This is an anonymous survey; individual responses will remain confidential and will not be shared or stored.

Two Chances to Win!

#1: Complete the ICMI Self-Service Contact Center Survey by Friday, October 8 (midnight EST), and be entered for a chance to win a seat in the ICMI virtual course, "Improving Your Customer Experience Through a Seamless Multi-Channel Approach" (a $299 value). The winner will be notified by phone or email, and will be announced in the October 21 edition of ICMI's e-newsletter Call Center Insider.

#2: All respondents who complete the survey by October 22 (midnight EST) will also be entered into a drawing to win a free All-Access pass to ACCE 2011 (a $2,495 value), taking place June 13-16 in New Orleans. The winner will be announced in Call Center Insider on November 4.

See contest rules.

The final results of the survey will be provided in a comprehensive report in fall/winter 2010. Because you have participated in this survey, you will be entitled to $100 off the regular price of this report. The regular price of the report is $199; participants in this survey will be offered the opportunity to purchase it for just $99! You will be notified when the report is available. As a token of our appreciation, ICMI will also send each survey participant a special complimentary preview of the results highlights once they're tabulated.

Funding for this research initiative is provided by contact center solution software provider inContact.

(Please note: The sponsor does not have access to individual survey responses, including names and contact information, nor will these be shared with the sponsor.)
