We're looking at a vendor-hosted contact center solution and I'm looking for some specific Service Level Agreements (SLA's) that I can use to measure the vendor in a hosted-type environment.

Who are the major system integrators that specialize in providing contact center solutions? I know of the major companies like EDS, Accenture and CSC that operate in many areas including the call center space. I would like to know who are the key players that are smaller in size and are more specialized in contact centers?
