Our company has 250 employees and a small inbound call center (11 FT and 2 PT agents). We are about to start the process of researching new phone systems. I would like to make sure that our call center is up to speed on this topic.  Can anyone recommend any resources that might help? Thank you.

    With a call center that small you may want to give serious consideration to a cloud-based solution. You may be hard pressed to cost justify all the "bells and whistles" with any site-based system. Others may be able to weigh in on a reputable vendor. The company I was at had a small site-based system for a center of an equal size and every time we wanted some flexibility...it just wasn't available for that system.
