Starting A 5-Seat Call Centre

I have recently accepted a customer service manager position for a marketing company. Whilst I have been in this role for many years, the owner has asked me to be in charge of setting up a call centre, incoming calls only, and a team of five people. I have no experience of what's involved or where to start. Do you have any tips? Many thanks -- Anna
