Can you recommend Key Result Areas (and responsibilities) of a Team Leader in an inbound domestic call centre.

what is the key result areas for call center Team leader ?
Coaching, and role playing. I strongly encourage my Team Leaders to aid in the coaching role. Too often, they are there to be involved in the problems their team may have but, yet they do not have a sucessful performance plan to aid in overcoming the roadblocks.
