Treatment of Part-Time vs. Full-Time

Agent Hiring

Dec 31, 2006

I'm interested in learning how call centers have approached part-time recruitment strategies. Clearly, business needs and the marketing angle of the candidates the company is hoping to attract are important factors in identifying how and when the training will take place. With options of self-paced instruction, side-by-side mentoring, instructor-led classroom style, how do you treat your full-time differently than you do your part-time training in general? My appreciation for your feedback and comments. -- Scott VerBracken, AAA, The Auto Club Group
