We send out an annual survey (via survey monkey) that is completely anonymous. The first question is to rate their overall satisfaction with their job. Then we ask questions about training, recording adequate coaching, relationshp with manager, if they feel their opinion accounts, are people held accountable, are they adequately acknowledged for their successes, improvement opportunities. We get a wealth of data that drives action throughout service in regards to the feedback.
