I can't say I am surprised (at the time I commented 65% of the responders indicated that they would NOT outsource if their customer backlash came into play). I think we've evolved quite a bit in our thinking beyond purely the short term view of cost savings and have taken that longer term view of total cost - cost to obtain, service, retain and grow!
