What rate of agent turnover do you experience in the contact center annually?

I am wondering what percentage folks are interpreting as high, moderate and low. It would also be interesting and of value to understand how much of that turnover is due to internal promotions/transfers, voluntary and involuntary and what timeframe represents the highest percent (i.e. after 90 days, 2 years etc.)
