How many of you have changed (meaning moved your response time target from one category to another i.e. 24 hours to 12 to 24 hours) in the last 6 months? And/or have plans to do so? I would also ask folks to comment on how often they are meeting whatever their objective is and how they track and report on it. Thank you in advance for sharing!
