How many of you that responded yes moved from a service to a sales environment? what challenges did you incur during the transition?

On a site tour last week at Call Center Demo, I observed statistics focused on sales in a call center. the focus shifted from customer service to sales across the board. the agents are actually provided a bonus for selling, up-selling and cross-selling.
