What are some of the ways you formally recognize your agents? How about informally?

That's a great question Rose, I think agents really appreciated informal recognization too!! I'd love to hear how some of our community members help to recognize their agents.

We have a lot of informal ways to recognize team members. Many are based on team oriented rewards such as casual days, group activities and games. We also have contests that have monetary value but we always try to keep incentives aimed at the team level and ensure they involve earning it as a team and enjoying it as a team.

Jeff, do you find that team oriented activities work better than individual incentives, or do they work well in tandem with one another?

In a previous position we did have a formal monthly meeting to recognize all agents. There were monthly themes/ contests for the agents, those that hit daily/ weekly goals would get points that would contribute to their monthly goals. I loved this, one month we played poker.
