As a customer, do ever you use apps, SMS, or mobile chat for customer service? Chances are great that the answer is "yes".  But does your company offer mobile support options for its customers?

Though the U.S. continues to lag in offering mobile customer support, many have predicted 2015 will be the year of the mobile.  Does mobile work for every industry?  And do customers really want mobile support?
