Live from Contact Center Demo and Conference

Hundreds of passionate contact center and customer professionals converged upon Dallas this week for ICMI's Contact Center Demo & Conference. The week began with site tours all over the city, half-day workshops, and an opening reception on the demo hall. Wednesday featured an inspiring opening keynote delivered by Tom Grothues of USAA, plenty of activity on the demo hall, several breakout sessions, and a rocking 80s themed networking party.

On the agenda for the final day: an opening keynote address by Marsha Collier, prize giveaways on the demo floor, many more networking opportunities and sessions, and a closing keynote featuring Dayna Steele.
