Maybe It's Time for an Attitude Adjustment

Note from the editor: Are you a contact center manager? Perhaps a supervisor or agent? No matter your role, your attitude impacts your success, the success of your center, and the customers you serve. This tip from Dayna Steele is a good reminder for all. Enjoy her words of wisdom and share them with your team this week.

Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude. That is one of many quotes from one of our founding fathers, Thomas Jefferson, born on this day in 1743. Want to be successful? It’s your job. Want to be happy? Only you can make that decision. Want to be healthy? Exercise and eat right. Want to be rich? Be smart with your money. Success isn’t really all that hard. If you have the right attitude.

Enjoy my favorite song from the Hamilton soundtrack below. OK. Every song from the album is my favorite but I do so love Daveed Diggs!

"I have always wanted to be in the room where it happens..."
