Wonder Husband and I were eating dinner in the shadow of the Zurich airport wine tower last week near the open concept kitchen. Another patron asked the chef, Who is in charge here? Who was in charge of my excellent dinner? Without missing a beat, the young guy said very politely, We all are sir. This is a group effort. Always know you don’t get to the top alone. It is always a group effort and many need to be thanked and acknowledged if you want to stay at the top. A true leader will always include the team in the kudos.
