You can’t be successful with an agitated brain. If you are mad, uptight, spun up – whatever you want to call it – you can’t make good decisions or be successfully creative. The Momentous Institute in Dallas teaches kids to settle your glitter with a simple ball filled with a clear liquid and glitter. If you shake that ball, you can’t see a thing.
