Upload your virtual video tour
Please remember you must follow this criteria:
- must be no longer than 3 to 5 minutes in length
- File must be in WMV, AVI, MOV, MP4, MPEG, FLV, MKV, or 3GP Format
- Max file size of 250MB
- Video submissions must be uploaded by midnight Eastern Standard Time on Friday, February 3, 2012.
Note: Your video submission will be stored in a secure account — only the Global Call Center of the Year Award Selection Committee will have access.
IMPORTANT: Our video upload tool goes through YouTube -- if your company has YouTube blocked on your end, you will not be able to upload your video correctly. If that is the case, you should upload the video from a home computer or someplace else with a broadband connection that does not block YouTube. Alternatively, you could contact your IT group to ask about being able to temporarily connect to YouTube.
