February is the month of love, and here at ICMI it's all about showing love to contact center agents and the customers they serve.  We've been arming you with the resources to create an environment that agents love, and in turn create experiences that customers love.

In the spirit of Valentine's Day and our focus on culture and morale we've developed a fun quiz to determine which company's culture you're crushing on.
