It's hard to believe, but Customer Service Week is right around the corner.  We at ICMI are excited!  So excited, in fact, that we want to help you throw a party.

How will your contact center celebrate? We want to help you prepare.

Check our blog each Friday in September for advice on recognizing the customer service team in your organization.  And be sure to follow the hashtag #CustServWeek.  We'll tweet tips and best practices, and share photos from your celebrations!

Does your contact center have a policy regarding allowing agents who wish to apply for internal company positions outside the contact center?

No, we don’t have a formal policy
Yes, agents must work in the contact center for at least 1 year before applying for other positions
