  3. Submit changes to your Speaker Biography & Picture by emailing Dawn.Walton@ubm.com 
  4. Make your hotel reservation by April 27th
  5. Download your Presentation Template

ICMI's Contact Center Expo & Conference offers a strong audience of contact center professionals to target for an announcement about your participation. We encourage you to write and distribute news about speaking at Contact Center Expo & Conference and have put together the following press release guidelines.

  • The date and location of the event should be included in the first paragraph: ICMI Contact Center Expo & Conference is happening May 10-13, 2016 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California.
