To register as a speaker, please contact Erika Ferrigno.

Speaker Tasks

  1. Sign & Return the Speaker Agreement to Erika.Ferrigno@ubm.com
  2. Check your Speaker Listing & Session Schedule on the Event Website
  3. Check your Speaker Listing & Session on the Schedule Builder site 
  4. Submit changes to your Speaker Biography & Picture by emailing Erika.Ferrigno@ubm.com
  5. Make your hotel reservation by September 30th
  6. Download your Presentation Template
  7. Find submission instructions here
  8. Upload your Presentation by September 14th (Dropbox link)
  9. Promote your presence and read about additional speaker benefits - see all the great ideas below!

 On-site Logistics

  1. Speaker Lounge is located in room Bel-Air 6 on the lobby level of the hotel.
  2. Speaker Lounge Hours:
    • Monday 4:00pm – 7:00pm 
    • Tuesday 6:30am – 7:00pm
    • Wednesday 7:00 – 6:30pm
    • Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm
  3. Speaker Registration will be held in the speaker lounge. Please visit Bel-Air 6 instead of the main registration desk
  4. All session rooms will be equipped with laptops that are preloaded with your presentation. Be sure to bring a backup copy of your presentation on a flash drive.
  5. An ICMI staff member will be in the room prior to your session to review housekeeping notes and introduce the session.

 

Special Bulletin Regarding Housing at this Event
As Contact Center Demo and Conference draws closer, speakers are from time to time subjected to improper solicitation from unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies. Hotels listed on this website are the sole UBM-approved hotels for the event. UBM, in our efforts to provide exhibitors and attendees with a quality event, encourages you to book your housing accommodations using the reservation phone numbers and/or links provided to attendees.
