ICMI Certification Training Payment and Cancellation Policy
(all purchases)

Full payment is required prior to beginning ICMI Certification training.

Should you need to cancel, you may do so without penalty until ten (10) business days prior to the start of training. “No shows” and participants cancelling their registration with less than ten (10) business days notice from the start of training are liable for the full course rate. Class changes made within ten (10) business days of the start of the training are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Substitutions are accepted at any time. Notification of cancellations, changes or substitutions must be made in writing via email to
