Meet the Spirit of Service Judges

The judges for the 2012 Spirit of Service Awards comprise of reknowned experts and professionals within the contact center industry - each bringing unique insight and experience to the category of nominees they're assigned to evaluate. The distinguished panel includes Brad Cleveland, who'll help pick the winner for Customer Service Business Leader of the Year, and Loni Sawtelle, last year's Spirit of Service Agent of the Year.
