Call Center Demo & Conference Offers Behind the Scenes Peek at Select Atlanta Contact Centers

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., August 27, 2013 – Included in the premium package on a space available basis, site tours are a highly desired component to the Call Center Demo & Conference. Attendees choose from four available site tours to a local contact center. This half-day visit inside a contact center’s operations provides best practices and takeaways that attendees can then apply to their own centers. About the Conference
With a rich history of success, Call Center Demo & Conference provides an opportunity for contact center professionals to learn new skills, network with peers, and see new technologies. The conference opens on Monday, October 21 with site tours and pre-conference workshops.
